Processing Time
- Individual orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Corporate and bulk orders follow the lead time agreed in your written quote, as branding, stock reservation and multi-address delivery take longer.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Charges depend on the size and weight of your order and the delivery location.
- Delivery to multiple addresses on a corporate order is quoted separately as part of your written quote.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India only.
- Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment address at Your Space PG, 32, near Manju Food, Cave Temple Road, Garvebhai Palya, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560076.
- We do not currently offer international shipping.
Festive Season
During Diwali and other peak periods, courier networks run at capacity. We recommend placing orders well ahead of the date you need them. Cut-off dates for guaranteed festive delivery are published on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking link. For corporate orders delivered to several addresses, tracking is provided per address.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
- Express delivery, where available, is shown at checkout with its estimated time.
- Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or festivals and holidays. Once a package has been handed to our courier partner, we are not liable for such delays.
Packaging
Fragile items travel in foam-set or partitioned boxes. If a hamper still arrives damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy.
