Welcome to Pitara Studio. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All business transactions and related documentation, including invoices and shipping bills where applicable, are issued in the name of ASMR BITES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U47219KA2026PTC214384, PAN: ABECA6860C, GSTIN: 29ABECA6860C1ZO), registered at Flat No. 46224, 22nd Floor, Prestige Waterford, ECC Road, Pattandur Agrahara, Block-4, Tower 6, Whitefield, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka – 560066, operating under the brand Pitara Studio.

1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • By placing an order you confirm that the details you have provided are accurate and complete, including recipient names, addresses and any gift message.

2. Products

  • Product descriptions: we aim to show our hampers accurately, but colours, packaging and sizes may vary by device and between batches.
  • Substitution: our hampers are built from small-batch products made by independent makers. If an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value and comparable character. Where we can, we will tell you before dispatch.
  • Freshness and care: hampers contain perishable food and fragile items. Store food in a cool, dry place and keep sealed. Follow the care instructions supplied with candles and fragrance. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Pricing: prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices without notice. Where a price has been listed in error, we may cancel affected orders.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order acceptance: your order is an offer to purchase. Our confirmation forms the contract.
  • Payment: processed via secure third-party gateways such as Razorpay. We do not store card details.
  • Cancellation: orders generally cannot be cancelled once packed or shipped. Contact us as early as possible and we will help where we can.

4. Corporate and Bulk Orders

  • Corporate orders are confirmed by a written quote. Prices, quantities, branding and delivery arrangements are those stated in the accepted quote.
  • Payment terms: fifty per cent against a proforma invoice, with the balance due before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • A GST tax invoice is issued in your company's name against the GSTIN you provide. It is your responsibility to provide a correct GSTIN.
  • Because stock is reserved and branding produced in advance, deposits on cancelled corporate orders are non-refundable once production or procurement has begun.
  • Artwork supplied for logo branding must be owned by you or licensed to you. You confirm you have the right to use it, and you indemnify us against claims arising from its use.
  • Delivery to multiple addresses depends on the accuracy of the address list you supply. Re-delivery caused by incorrect addresses may be charged.

5. Personalisation and Gift Messages

  • Gift messages are printed exactly as entered. We do not correct spelling or grammar.
  • We reserve the right to decline any message or branding we consider unlawful, offensive or infringing.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders ship in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for courier delays, weather or similar factors.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Given the perishable and fragile nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All site content — photography, packaging design, logos and text — is owned by ASMR Bites Private Limited or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. Do not use or reproduce it without written permission.
  • Third-party brands featured within our hampers remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, our products or services.
  • Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to the Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Changes appear here with an updated date. Continued use of our services means you accept them.
